The possibility to customize each product with the variable data and the production capacity of the latest generation machines made what was considered too expensive possible. A big size plotters for the cut, an Epson printer for the certified colour proofs and a digital machine Konica Minolta AccurioPress C12000 enable us to satisfy each request. The daily colour setting makes each product perfect and the difference with the offset printing is almost undistinguishable.
The offset print has been improved by the purchase of two new HEIDELBERG XL 106/8P with coating unit and die-cutting unit in 2020 and 2023 and by the continuous training of the operators. The automatic ink dosing system is possible thanks the constant data stream with the prepress department through the Prinect Cockpit 2023.
